Positive and Negative Words

One day, there is a man who always feel so unhappiness for his job, to family and almost for his whole life. Then he made a decision to run away from all the circumstances and stay at The Silence Temple. He taking out his sound with silent at that place, He only allowed to say just 2 words in every 5 years. In his mind, "This is perfect, no depression. No one can bother me. Only a quiet place.

He live at The Silence Temple for 5 years without saying any words. At the last 5th years his superior called him and say, "You have a right only 2 words to say. What you want to say?"

The man nodding his head and said, "Serving dish!!"

In the next 5 years at The Silence Temple without saying any words. His superior calling him back to the office and asking him what he want to say.

The man nodding his head and said, "Hard mattress!!"

In the 5 years later, his superior calling him back again and asking him again what you want to say.

The man said, "I'm quit!!"

His superior answered, "Well, it's not surprised for me. You do nothing at all, you only grouching since you've been here from the beginning."

Just for sharing..

This story remind me to a planter that might be silent grouched for whole years when he work at the plantation. "Evil boss!!", "Hard work!!", and for the last "I'm quit!!". It's so poor!! A person with a negative mentality never become a practically planter.

The negative words like "I can't do it", "Impossible", "What for?" and "What more?" will only selfdefeating, destroy and breakdown our to failed. It's not surprising the man with his negative thinking always looking for the reason for the possible things that he might be can do!

The positive words like "I can do it", "Not problem", "Why not?", and "We try" will motivating our spirit to finish all the jobs. The positive thinker always looking for the steps and way out to do what people can not do. The mind way like this is always amazing!

Proverbs 16:24 said, "Pleasant words are as a honeycomb, sweet to the mind and healing to the body."

The motivator words like "Do the best", "You can do it", "See you at the top of success", make us on fire and motivating us to do fast with a commitment.

All of us are looking for the happiness life. But a wise man said, "I knew it, if you chasing out for the happiness, It will only avoid you. But if you keep a focus for the family, friends, people needs, your job, and whatever you do for the best, you will reach out the happiness."

When the employees been valued, get a respected, and treated well with honor with they employer, they would be happy being work at the companies. But for a lot of employees whose hired with annual bonus and pay hike, for the truth, what is really they want are job satisfaction when they heard about the creditable like "Good", "Excellent", and "You are so Amazing". We should be pride when our boss telling us that we have so many contribution for the company aims.

The bible teach us about, if we uncared to the place we work or companies and whoever we serve, actually we have uncared to God in heaven. Colossians 3:23-24b "Whatever may be your task, work at it heartily (from the soul), as [something done] for the Lord and not for men, Knowing [with all certainty] that it is from the Lord [and not from men] that you will receive the inheritance which is your [real] reward."

That has a being bound between the happiness and gladness to serve, because we do the best for everything we need will all the heart.
